Once we have received your interest we will contact you to arrange a visit to your home. We will make sure your home is suitable.


The first part of your assessment includes a combination of checks (including DBS), professional, personal and medical reference.


Once your checks are approved, You will need to complete an application form.


A Project worker will be assigned to support you and will liaise with you throughout the assessment process via home visits, video calls and telephone.


The last part of the process is for your application to be assessed by our independent approval panel who make a final decision.
