We provide support and accommodation to people across The Vale of Glamorgan and Bridgend
What is Shared Lives?
The Vale of Glamorgan Shared Lives has been established for over 20 years. We support individuals with varying needs including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, mental health issues and dementia by matching them with a Carer. Our assessed and trained Carers then open their own family home to the person needing support.
Our aim
Supporting people to live their best lives, their way. The aim is for the person being supported to live the fullest life they can, be part of the community and maintain and promote new skills and independence.
Our vision
Our goal is to be recognised for our excellence and commitment to our clients as a Shared Lives provider.
Our purpose
Our purpose is to create a positive impact on the lives of the individuals we support, improving their well-being and promoting their personal growth and independence.
We are looking for carers who share our values. Please contact us if you would like to find out more.
